Treatment Description

A consultation is done before every appointment to discuss any problems/concerns you may have and to thoroughly go through your treatment and the outcome you would like to achieve. However, If you would like additional time to discuss your consultation form further/would like to know more about your treatment/would like to have a more in depth consultation, please add this to your appointment to allow us more time before going ahead with your treatment.

Cancellation policy

Need to amend or cancel your treatment? You must provide TMS Lashes at least 48 hours notice or this will result in the loss of your booking fee. A patch test has to be done at least 24 hours prior to your treatment.

 

If you have not had a relevant patch test in the last 6 months you will have to have another patch test done.

A patch test has to be done with the products TMS Lashes uses. Unfortunately, if you have had a patch test with another salon/brand you will have to have a new patch test with the products that TMS Lashes uses.

 

If you book an appointment without a relevant patch test, your appointment will be cancelled and the treatment will not go forward, this will also result in the loss of your booking fee.

 

If you do have a reaction to the patch test for your treatment, the treatment will not be able to go ahead and you will be refunded your booking fee.
