BOOKING FEE

TMS Lashes requires a non refundable booking fee which will be shown when you book an appointment. Payment of your booking fee is made when you initially book an appointment. This will then be deducted off the total cost of your treatment. If the booking fee is not paid this will result in the loss of your treatment slot.

A patch test is mandatory for the following treatments and has to be done at least 24 hours before your appointment :

Lash Extensions

Lash Lifts

Signature Brow Sculpt

Lash/Brow Tint and Hybrid Brow Stain

A patch test is required every 6 months, therefore if you have booked your appointment without a relevant patch test, your appointment will be cancelled resulting in the loss of your booking fee.

Please bare in mind on rare occasions, these results may not always be accurate and an allergic reaction still may occur, even if the results were negative. I advise you to book your treatment a few days before any important event, in case of an allergic reaction.

If after your appointment you experience any discomfort, itchiness or redness in your eye/brow area, please contact me for advice and also refer to your G.P immediately.

PATCH TESTING

CONSULATION FORMS

A consultation form will be sent out by text and email and these MUST be completed for every treatment.

A consultation is done before every appointment to discuss any problems/concerns you may have and to thoroughly go through your treatment and the outcome you would like to achieve.

However, If you would like additional time to discuss your consultation form further/would like to know more about your treatment/would like to have a more in depth consultation, please add this to your appointment to allow us more time before going ahead with your treatment. You can find this at the top of the page by selecting ‘BOOK NOW’.

LASH EXTENSION INFILLS

Infills are required 1.5 weeks - 4 weeks and this is dependant on your natural lashes and your lifestyle factors. Infills will help to keep your eyelash extensions looking fresh and any outgrown lashes will be removed.

At TMS Lashes, we strive to provide the best lash services while maintaining the health and integrity of your natural lashes. Therefore when coming to your appointment you need to abide to the following :

When coming for an infill you should come with 50-60% of lashes remaining anything less will be considered a full set. This is because by the time we have removed outgrown lashes you will be left with 40-50% of lashes. If you have less then 40% of your extensions this will be considered and charged for a ‘full set’. So please make sure you have booked in for the correct appointment.

Due to the high quality of products we use, we do not infill another technicians work. A removal and full set would be required and you can book this under ‘foreign removal and full set’.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive early, please wait until your allocated treatment time, as we may be with another client or preparing for your treatment.

If you are more than 15 Minutes late to any appointment other than lash extensions, your appointment will be cancelled resulting in the loss of your booking fee.

However, if you are late to your lash extension treatment (full sets/infills/fluff ups), please note the time will come off your treatment time which may result in less coverage. We will do as much as we can in the time remaining. This would therefore mean you will still be paying for the full cost of the treatment.

TMS Lashes would like to give every available minute possible when applying lashes so please arrive to your appointment whether it is for a full set, infill or fluff up with no eye make up on and no oils around the eye area. Eye makeup can affect lash retention and removing it takes up time, therefore going into the treatment time you have paid for.

PRETREATMENT

If this is your first appointment at TMS Lashes, please add a consultation to your booking. This is a free 10 minute appointment to allow us to go through your consultation form and discuss your treatment.

Please come to your lash appointment:

Wearing clothes you are going to be comfortable in.
Avoiding caffeine and nicotine or any other stimulants before your treatment for at least 2-4 hours.
With clean lashes this means no makeup or strip lash residue on your lashes.
Avoiding sunbeds at least 24 hours prior to your treatment time.

Please come to your brow appointment :

With no fake tan on.
With no makeup or oils around that area.
Making sure you have stopped using any retinols at least 5-7 days before any appointment.
Avoiding sunbeds at least 24 hours prior to your treatment time.

This allows for us to have maximum time to do your lashes/brows, without cutting into your allocated slot time.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

You must be 18 in order to receive any treatments. If you are 16 and above you can have treatments done, a parent or guardian will need to be present during your patch test and treatment. However, if you are having lash extensions only a parent/guardian will need to be present during the patch test, it is then your decision if you would like your parent/guardian to stay.

LASH EXTENSION RETENTION

Here at TMS Lashes, Teigan is a highly skilled lash artist that can provide excellent retention and treaments to the highest standard. However, should you have any issues with your lash extensions please get in contact within the first 72 hours, so this can be resolved.

After 72 hours any retention issues will be down to aftercare and therefore TMS Lashes cannot be responsible. If you are unsure on how to look after your lashes please get in contact.

Need to cancel or change your appointment?

We require at least 48 hours notice from you if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Therefore, if you cannot provide this notice, it will result in the loss of your booking fee.

Select your treatment, review and agree to the terms and conditions and proceed to making your booking fee. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email, please ensure that you fill out your consultation form.

02. Appointment

Teigan will provide your treatment with meticulous care, ensuring your comfort and satisfaction. If you have any questions or requests please inform Teigan in advance, and she will gladly accommodate them.

03. Aftercare

Please refer to the aftercare section for comprehensive information on how to maintain your desired treatment. Following these guidelines will help the longevity of your treatment.
